News: At least one dead in multi-vehicle Glendale crash

GLENDALE, AZ – A crash involving two cars, an 18-wheeler, and a utility truck killed at least one person Thursday afternoon along the freeway in Glendale, reports Arizona’s Family 3TV.

Police say the incident happened around 4 p.m. on the westbound side of Arizona State Route 101 near 67th Avenue, which is just northeast of Arrowhead Country Club.

The circumstances of the crash remain unclear. Authorities say that one person became entrapped in their vehicle and required extraction.

At least one person died, and medics took two people to the hospital.

A full investigation is underway.
