TEMPE, AZ – Traffic was delayed in north Tempe following a collision on Loop 202 this afternoon.
According to a report by Arizona DoT the accident took place at about 12:39 p.m. in the westbound lanes of the freeway near the Center Parkway overpass.

The events surrounding the collision are unclear at this time. At least two left lanes were closed as a result, causing traffic delays in the area for some time afterward.
Traffic began to flow again at about 1:10 p.m.
