PHOENIX, AZ – Emergency crews were called to the scene of a collision on Loop 101 in the Tempe area on Friday afternoon.
According to a report by Arizona DoT, the accident happened shortly after 1 p.m. in the southbound lanes of the interstate near the exit to East Southern Avenue.

Details regarding the cause of the crash are limited at this time. However, at least one right lane was closed as a result.
