DOWNTOWN PHOENIX, AZ – At least one person was injured in a vehicle accident that took place east of the Phoenix Convention Center on Friday.
The Arizona Department of Transportation was dispatched to the intersection of North 5th Street and East Van Buren Street and arrived at the scene after 2 p.m.
The exact cause of the collision is under investigation.
