PHOENIX, AZ – According to AZ Family, three people died in a three-vehicle crash near 19th Ave and AZ 101 Lp on Feb. 23
Abelino Diaz, 18, was driving south when they crashed with another vehicle around 11 p.m.
Rescue crews pronounced the driver that was hit dead at the scene of the accident and transported Diaz and his passenger, Octaviano Giron, 38, to an area hospital, where they both died.
The driver of the third vehicle involved in the incident was not hurt in the crash.
The Phoenix Police Department is investigating the wreck.
