MESA, AZ – Two motorcyclists went to the hospital Thursday night after their bike collided with a pickup truck at a busy intersection in Mesa, reports 12 News.
The incident happened sometime before 10 p.m. at the intersection of East University Drive and Higley Road, which is just south of Mesa Greenbelt City Park.
It’s still unclear how the crash happened, but footage from the scene shows a damaged motorcycle and a pickup truck with substantial front end damage.
Both motorcycle riders sustained serious injuries. It is unclear if anyone from the pickup truck was hurt.
