News: 2-car crash at 33rd and Indian School Rd kills teen

PHOENIX, AZ – A 17-year-old boy died Monday morning in a collision involving a passenger car and an SUV in northwest Phoenix, reports Arizona’s Family 3 TV.

The incident happened around 8:30 a.m. in the area of North 33rd Avenue and West Indian School Road, which is just east of US-60.

Police have not yet shared details about how the crash happened. They say they found the teen driver unconscious in his vehicle. Medics took the teen to the hospital, where he died from injuries sustained in the crash.

The driver of the SUV also went to the hospital with serious injuries.
