GILBERT, AZ – One person’s life was claimed, and another was injured in a two-car collision that happened outside of The Islands Home Owner’s Association building on Thursday.
The crash occurred around 5 p.m. at the intersection of Warner Road and Islands Drive West, according to 12News.
EMS crews transported one person to a hospital, where they later died. The other involved occupant sustained non-life-threatening injuries and went to urgent care.
