News: 1 dead in motorcycle crash on Interstate 10 in Phoenix

PHOENIX, AZ – According to AZFamily, one person died following a motorcycle collision on Interstate 10 near North 16th Street Monday morning.

The motorcyclist was heading east on Interstate 10 when they lost control and crashed around 1:30 a.m.

First responders pronounced the motorcyclist dead at the scene.

Officials have not released the victim’s name.

Crews shut down the area to process the scene. It was reopened around 5:40 p.m.

The Arizona Department of Public Safety is investigating the incident.
