WEST PHOENIX, AZ – Two drivers had to go to the hospital following a collision between a truck and an SUV on Saturday, according to Arizona Family.
The crash happened before 4 p.m. in the area of West Peoria Avenue and North 35th Avenue.
EMS crews rushed the drivers to a hospital. Officials said one driver sustained life-threatening injuries, but did not confirm the physical condition of the other driver.
Officials shut down eastbound Peoria Avenue for the on-scene clean-up process.
The cause of the crash is not immediately clear.
