GILBERT, AZ – A 29-year-old man was killed in a motorcycle collision that happened south of Texas Roadhouse on Thursday, AZFamily reports.
The motorcycle and a pickup truck collided at 4:30 a.m. at the intersection of South Gilbert Road and East Germann Road. EMS crews conducted life-saving measures on the motorcyclist and rushed him to a hospital, where he later died.
The victim has since been identified as Alfredo Valenzuela.
The pickup truck driver stayed at the scene and cooperated with investigators.
Law enforcement has not arrested anyone at this time. Police closed the area for a few hours before reopening at 7:30 a.m.
