News: 1 injured, 2 critically in multi-vehicle crash in West Phoenix 

WEST PHOENIX, AZ – One person was left in stable condition and two others in critical condition as a result of a multi-vehicle crash Thursday.

According to 12 News, the collision took place around 3 p.m. in the area of North 31st Avenue and West Northern Avenue. The impact of the wreck left one individual pinned or entrapped.

Fire crews extricated the person from their vehicle, and EMS personnel transported two men and one woman to a local hospital. One woman and one man were critically injured, and the other man sustained what appeared to be non-life-threatening injuries.

First responders said a fourth individual was injured but refused to be taken to the hospital.

Officials have not disclosed the identities of those involved in the collision or specified how the crash unfolded.
