PHOENIX, AZ – Fire crews were summoned to a vehicle fire that took place on I-10 East along Avondale Boulevard Wednesday.
The Arizona Department of Transportation first announced the vehicle fire at 3:12 p.m., stating that it was blocking the right lanes and resulted in some traffic delays that lasted less than an hour.
All lanes reopened at 3:45 p.m.
The exact cause of the vehicle fire and the number of occupants remain undisclosed.
