News: Man critically hurt in car-pedestrian crash in Phoenix’s Maryvale  

PHOENIX, AZ – A man suffered critical injuries as a result of a car-pedestrian crash in Maryvale on Sunday, AZFamily reports. 

The man was struck by a car while walking in the area of 83rd Avenue and West Indian School Road. 

Phoenix Police and EMS crews responded to the scene before 11:30 p.m. An ambulance rushed the pedestrian to a hospital for critical injuries. 

The cause of the car-pedestrian crash is under investigation.
