News: Woman hospitalized following hit-and-run crash in Central Phoenix 

CENTRAL PHOENIX, AZ – A woman was hospitalized following a hit-and-run crash in Central Phoenix on Tuesday, 12News reports.

A driver of an unspecified vehicle struck the woman in the area of 19th Avenue and Madison Street before fleeing the scene.

The woman sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was sent to the hospital for treatment.

Police are working to determine the events leading to the collision and what the suspect and their vehicle looked like.
