TEMPE, AZ – According to AZ Family, a driver struck and killed a person changing their tire on I-10 near Southern Ave Friday.
The driver hit the victim around 11:30 p.m.
Officials have not released the victim’s name.
The Arizona Department of Public Safety is investigating the incident.
