News: 2 hurt following 2-vehicle crash near ASU West Valley Campus

PHOENIX, AZ – Two people were hurt following a two-vehicle wreck near North 47th Avenue and Thunderbird Road Saturday morning, according to AZFamily.

A man driving a pickup truck rear-ended a woman driving an SUV around 3 a.m.

First responders extricated both drivers from their vehicles and transported them to area hospitals. The man driving the pickup truck was admitted in critical condition. The woman driving the SUV had minor injuries.

The Phoenix Police Department is investigating the incident.
