PHOENIX, AZ – A pedestrian was hit by several vehicles on I-10 and died due to their injuries on Sunday night.
The pedestrian was walking on I-10 near 75th Ave. and was struck by at least two vehicles around 10:50 p.m., according to AZ Family.
Local authorities pronounced the pedestrian dead at the crash scene.
It is unclear why the pedestrian was walking on the interstate. Investigations into the crash are ongoing.
