CHANDLER, AZ – A car hydroplaned during heavy rain, leading to a crash on I-10 East that happened Thursday night.
According to the Arizona Department of Transportation, the collision took place at 7:45 p.m. near Wild Horse Pass Boulevard. The car ended up blocking several lanes of traffic, leading to closures that lasted until nearly 8:30 p.m.
